What are the minimum requirements to get Icebreakers to run?

Minimum requirements:

• Microsoft® Windows® XP SP2
• Intel Pentium 4, 2.0 GHz
• 1GB RAM (XP), 1.5GB (Windows® Vista)
• 128MB Pixel Shader 2.0-compatible Video Card
• 550 MB free HDD drive space (may vary with DLC)
• CD-ROM, Keyboard, Mouse.
• Internet connection for registration and online play

I’m having trouble getting Icebreakers to run on my PC. What can I do?
First of all, make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements. Also remember you will require an Internet connection to register your game copy; you only need to do this once, though. You will also require an Internet/LAN connection for multiplayer games and/or a PC joypad or XBox controller for split-screen multiplayer. If you are still having issues please submit a problem ticket

Do I require an Internet connection?
Only for the first time registration process and to play online, otherwise it is not required.

My PC meets the minimum requirements and I can’t get the online registration to work, what can I do?
There might be a problem with your Internet connection, or you may have tried to install the game too many times, please submit a problem ticket

There is a problem with the video and I have met the minimum requirements.
Depending on your computer and video card performance, you may have to use different quality settings and /or screen resolutions to achieve an optimal frame rate. Make sure you have your card’s latest drivers and modify your settings accordingly. Verify that the problem is unique to Icebreakers and is not occurring in other games as well–if that’s the case, please contact your video card manufacturer. However, if the problem only occurs in Icebreakers, please submit a problem ticket.

There is a problem with the sound/ Sound does not play.
Make sure you have installed the latest sound card drivers and that your sound card is working correctly. In Windows, check the sound mixer volume to verify that it isn’t muted. Contact your sound card manufacturer to learn how to correct other issues. If sound in the game is not playing even though it works in Windows, check the volume sliders in the game options in case it has been muted there instead. If you are still experiencing problems, please submit a problem ticket.

I’m having trouble connecting to an Internet/LAN game
In order to play online, you will require a registered copy of the game with the latest updates: get the latest updates from www.icebreakers.vg. In order to play on LAN, all copies must have the same version. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a problem ticket.
